Refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days upon delivery of item(s). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must ship or personally return the merchandise within the 14-Day period to have an accepted return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include all tags and receipts.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Once your return has been approved, you will be sent a Return shipping label to your email. Print this out, and drop off the package at the noted carrier (It will be USPS or UPS please check the label).All shipping costs are paid for by the customer and deducted from the return amount once the return label is generated. 

All Discounted Merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund. An exchange is possible within 14 days of delivery. 

All Communion, custom, baptism and sale items are Final Sale. No exceptions.
