Exchanges and Returns
Important message: ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Return and Refund Policy
Our policy allows for returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Items must be shipped or returned in person within this 14-day period for the return or exchange to be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• The return package must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: If the item shows signs of use, washing, or wear, we will not accept the return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Discounted merchandise (eligible for exchange one time only within 14 days of delivery).
- Linen & Ceremony Collection: To maintain the integrity of our linen and ceremony pieces, these items are non-refundable. We offer a one-time size exchange only, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Store Credit: Credits may only be applied toward non-discounted merchandise.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
1. Double-check your bank account or credit card.
2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
3. If you still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at hello@tuttopiccolo.shop.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please select the “exchange” option in our returns portal within the 14-day return period to ensure eligibility. If you have any question please contact hello@tuttopiccolo.shop.
Return Shipping
Upon approval of your return request, we will send a prepaid return shipping label to your email. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the specified carrier location (USPS or UPS, as noted on the label). Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount once the return label is generated.

Final Sale Items
All discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges are possible within the 14-day period.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the return is received and processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the buyer, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
